1 Timothy 5:17 NKJV says "Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine."
We are blessed to have such a Pastor and his wife serving us at Calvary Chapel Escondido. Thank you for recognizing that and taking the time to share your support and acknowledgement of them.

Please indicate below which type of encouragement you would like to submit. You can choose to submit more than one type, each category will be prompted separately. If you have more than 1 submission of the same category of encouragement the form will allow you to submit up to 10 per encouragement category. Here is a description of what we hope to provide with each encouragement:
Energize: Encouragements that will help them when they are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by the weight or volume of the ministry they are in.
Noticed: Encouragements that reminds them that their efforts and time are noticed and appreciated.
Funny/Uplifting: Encouragements to give them a laugh when they need one, uplift their spirits and maybe bring a smile to their face.
A Memory: Recount a time when either/both of them walked with you through a difficult time and you or the experience were the better for it.
Loved: A reminder that they are loved by both God and the rest of the church body.
Fruit: What positive change/fruit has their leadership, service, encouragement, example, or presence helped grow in your life.
Note: These encouragements are for both Rick and Liesl. Feel free to make it personal to one of them, but they will both have visibility to all encouragements written.
